impact drill terminoligy?
ok im looking for an impact drill but i keep seing ft-lbs or in-lbs so i guess my question would be whats more powerfull as in 240 ft-lbs of tourque or 1330 in-lbs of tourque or whats a good amount of tourque to drill through steel beems
ok so like what kind of drill would ya recomend, i have a crappy black and decker that would never due but at work most people use ryobi impact drills and 7 times of 10 it will smoke right through them unless we have cheap self tappers and when i say steel beams im talking like the ones they use in Home Depot for their shelves i do resets for them
You would need high tourque and low revolutions, and plenty of oil with a steel Bit Drill not a impact drill.
