Im sick of the cookie cutter song structure. Verse, verse, chorus, verse, chorus, and then a repeated jam session of the SAME chorus.
Dream Theater is progressive rock. They have odd structures in their songs, and sometimes I cant even find structure in what they do. Thats cause they have a more artistic view in their song writting. They don't use that pre-fabricated, "just plug in new lyrics so we can get paid for another album" mold.
Im looking for the Dream Theater of country. Anyone know what Im talking about? Im looking for a musicians country band. One that can make a good instrumental.
