why do we have so many different screw drivers and screws?
we have a philips, slotted, pozidriv, square, robertson, hex, Hex Socket, torx, Tri Wing, torq set, spanner head, triple square, poly drive, one way clutch, Spline Drive, double hex, and bristol
why cant we just have one type of Screw Driver and screw for everything?

If it is a thin piece of woon and fragile, you don't want to use a 3" screw that is 1/2" diameter.
