Would a 1" SDS Rotary Hammer Drill accept 3/8" Drill Bits?
I have recently purchased a used !" SDS Rotary Hammer Drill and only need to drill a relatively small hole through a concrete slab. Is this too much tool for the job or will it work. I don't own a regular hammer drill and someone told me I would burn the motor up if I used a regular hammer drill to drill about 20 holes through concrete.
I doubt 20 holes would burn up any drill especially if they are not very deep. Keep in mind also you can goto any tool rental company and they will have any advice and accessories that you would require to complete the job. But just for your info you can take your drill to lowes or Home Depot or what ever and tell them what you need to do with what you got and they got what you need.
