help please.. which drill should i buy?
Makita 18V Compact Lithium-Ion Cordless 1/2 In. Driver-Drill Kit
My boyfriend asked for this for christmas. I think he picked this because it was only 200. I am willing to spend 350. Is there a drill that is similar but better. Maybe one that he will like more.
I don't want to buy one and him say i wanted the other one because its better.
He works on cars at a body shop and his Drill Uses air. I know he wants electric but that's all i know..

$200 is a lot of money for an Electric Drill. It is already a top of the line model. Plus, it is Lithium Ino, which is very important. Those have the most power.
If you can get that model, go ahead. If you can't get it anymore, chose a Milwakee, Dewalt, or Craftsman Professional with the same specs.
If you have an additional $150 to blow, get some accessories for it. For example, some additional Drill Bits would be nice. You can buy Wood Boring bits, masonry bits, or some large size bits. You could also get additional drivers for it. It probably comes with some, but you would be suprised how many accessories you can buy for a drill. Fill up his stocking with all the extras and he'll be nice to you for a long time!
