Casio Exilim 10.1 MegaPixels Lens messed up, Can I return It?
Well this piece of shit camera which cost me $140 broke on me, I was at school and My friend was holding the camera when out of nowhere my other friend, whom is an asshole, came behind him and pushed him, my other friend got pushed and the camera flew out of his hands and the lens barely messed up. The battery slide opened on impact, the lens where damaged slightly.
When I tried to open the camera it said "RETRY POWER ON" and when I try to turn it on again it will say "LENS ERROR".
I am really pissed off, I tried to open the camera to fix it myself but all my Screw Drivers cant get these cheap ass nails out.
Is it possible if I could return the camera to the store and get my money back? If there is on possible way for me to return my camera because It broke, is there a really good lie I can say so I could get my money back, this shitty mark "Casio" makes cheap as fuck cameras and sells them for high prices, I knew I should have bought that SONY camera.
I have the same camera, just with 12.1 megapixels. The same thing happened to me, so I returned to Costco and got my money back. The one thing you don't want to do is try and fix it yourself, it could make matters worse. It also really depends on the store and their return policy.
