Does anybody have an opinion of a tool called?
Fein MultiMaster 250Q Top. Before I buy it I would like some feedback if anybody owns this tool?

Can you buy replacement parts anywhere, or are they specialized and you have to go through feim only?
If I forgot both my pants and my multi-master at home and was late for work I'd go back for the multi-master first.
Saves me hours on every job. Time is money. I can either pay a kid to cut door jams for me or do it with the multi-master tool. (Mutli-master doesn't take coffee breaks.)
Less damage to surrounding materials. Show me another type of saw that can cut the flooring up to the wall with out cutting the wall or the sub-floor.
Buy the $400 model or you will just spend more latter to buy all the stuff in that comes with it.
