How do I perform a Volt Ohm Test on a cold water pipe to ensure we have proper ground?
using a multimeter!
Punch in a 6 feet depth into the earth with copper stick. Measure the resistance between the water pipe and this real ground point with ohm meter. A reading closes to 10 ohms or less is good enough (subtract the both test leads wire resistance from the measurement).
